When would I receive my order?

Currently, we are trying our best to get orders delivered in the shortest possible time, but you should understand that it might not be on the same day. Use our chat methods to get in touch with your order number and we could give you a fair estimation on when your order is due. As of 11th April 2020, orders placed would be delivered within 24 hours.

Which locations do you deliver to?

We currently deliver in the city of Mumbai – and service only the following locations: South Bombay, Lower Parel, Worli, and Prabhadevi. We look forward to expanding our operations in the near future and will update this section when we do so.

What if I need to cancel an order or return a product?

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered by our delivery partners under your building, where you can get the exact change and collect it from under the building.

What precautions are taken to ensure my delivery is done hygienically?

We are working continuously to maintain hygiene in our facility, we have taken high priority measures keeping COVID-19 circumstances on the top of our minds. All staff are under mandate of sanitisers, gloves and hair caps.

Do you have an offline or retail store?

No, currently we manage our business through the e-tail / online method

Are there fluctuations in availability?

We normally inform our customers as we process the order in case – due to unforeseen circumstances – a product runs out and is unavailable. In the likelihood that may occur, we would inform you before dispatching your order and you pay only for what you receive.
